(OTCQB: NGRC) is pleased to announce that, further to the news of March 5, wherein the Company submitted an "Intent to Operate" plan with the Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forestry Service, Elko District Office to drill five holes within the Chedic Voltaire lode claim block, the National Forestry Service has determined that the Company submit a "Plan of Operations" (PoO) to include an environmental impact study. Consequently we are submitting a 5 hole drill program to SWCA of Elko, Nevada. SWCA is one of the leading environmental consulting firms to the mining industry in the U.S. SWCA will give NGRC a quote and timeline for this work. Upon completion of this environmental impact study, the Company will then submit the PoO to the Forestry Service for permitting approval. A spokesperson, who has had a preliminary review, considers it a " Linear Environmental Evaluation" which is a very straight forward, simple, and timely process, as no road building is required.

(OTCQB: NGRC) is pleased to announce that the Company has submitted an "Intent to Operate" plan with the Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forestry Service, Elko District Office to drill five holes within the Chedic Voltaire lode claim block. The Company's Independent Geologist, Hunsaker, Inc., while on-site, observed visible graphite veins on the surface. The reverse circulation drill holes will intersect the graphite mineralized structure 500 feet below the surface and determine the width and grade of the graphite mineralization. The Company expects to have permission to drill within 15 working days.
