(“ High Tide ”). The Company and High Tide will endeavor to establish a formal supply agreement in the future for the supply of up to 2,000 kilograms of cannabis and cannabis derivative products per year (assuming production capacity is met in the Company’s proposed cultivation facility located in Telkwa, British Columbia (the “ Telkwa Facility ”)).
