Trading Summary - January 18. An excellent fir
Post# of 4419
An excellent first full day of trading with legacy shares available to trade from brokers..
Despite a few "no name" small position holders on iHub claiming that they were going to dump their shares for a loss to get back any cash they could, in the event they did not (or were that insignificant it made no difference).
In early trading there were a few small insignificant paint downs for a loss at .2310 - despite there being relatively large bids in depth in the .2000 > .2299 range from the whale longs in this willing to take .0001 equivalents that of course nobody has been able to get in years.
It was established by experiment that the minimum bid that MMs decided to make visible (it is at their discretion at the higher price points) was 2500 shares.
An insignificant attempt to dupe people to sell for for a loss at .2310 by putting up a small amount at .2500 was defeated when I slapped the ask across everything up to .3000 - as recorded contemporaneously in post #581.
Subsequently, others trying at the same time for .3000 established a bid and anything left under .4000 (.0002 equivalent - the cheapest anyone has) was quickly bought up on the ask within the first 25 minutes of trading.
Thereafter, a cat and mouse game continued for the rest of the day with several traders outbidding each other whilst either iHub bashers trying to get in cheap or small holders trying to exit undercut the ask with small amounts in the .4399 to .5998 range.
Each time the spread closed up - sometimes as little as .01 as we had at .5300 x .5400 - but more usually when 2 to 5 bidders were not getting filled and knew only one of them could get the next ask - the ask was bought out.
The process continued throughout the day - eliminating a few nuisance small holders along the way making it thinner to the upside - and the price holding the highest of the day reached after the bottom was painted - which was .5549 bought out - .5559 cancelled and .5998 up next.
Overall, a total of 111,120 were bought today (22.2M in old money) in the .2310 to .7400 range - but primarily in the .4500 to .5549 range.
This represented buys by those that correctly recognized .0002 equivalents were gone and the best they could get were .0003 equivalents that not many were able to get on January 14.
Bids in depth remain at .4700/.4600/.4500 and can be expected to get topped up as necessary by the significant traders in this.
$EVSVD remains thin to the upside with probably less than 10,000 shares offered below 1.0000 as most shareholders understand the potential for a rapid run up in the 1.0000 to 2.0000 range as the cost basis of the next significant portion of shares after .4000 is not until 1.4000 / 1.6000 (former .0007s / .0008s) and they are much less numerous than the .4000s. Almost nobody got anything in between on the way down.
Overall, $EVSVD played out exactly as I expected and suggested it would for those following my proven "trading through a r/s" strategy and indeed even a little better than I expected on the first day.
Items below the line unchanged from previous report and still valid:
Excellent update from the CEO on January 15 confirming the reasons for the restructuring and updates ahead.
Further update from the CEO on January 16 as follows:
"I just returned from Michigan with amazing synergies and opportunity with both hemp and medical marijuana experts who want in on Enviro- Serv -some pics from 1 legal grow I visited Monday - Today Santana meets with IFAS again. Enviro being pro active and soldiering forward"

iHub postings continued to show that most on that amateur forum still clueless as to how a reverse split is handled by brokers, how to trade through one successfully, or how to interpret Level 2 details correctly.
Ahead expect:
- Continued manual and further automatic outbidding.
- Closing of the spread.
- More hits on the ask from those that failed to load .0002/3/4 [.4000 > .8000] on January 14 before the r/s and who only have .0005 [1.000] and above.
