I could be wrong because I haven't looked at this in detail, but I assume they're only taking a percentage of their salary in shares. I also assume this may be optional. For people like Kelly and the CFO/Interim President, there's a window for when they can trade shares on the public market, therefore I see this as an opportunity for them to collect shares via salary without being restrained by the trading window. To me, that's a VERY GOOD sign.
